COCONUT MACAROON PIE 2 eggs 1-1/2 cups sugar 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup flour 1 teaspoon almond extract 1/4 teaspoon salt 1-1/3 cups shredded coconut 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell Lightly beat eggs in a mixing bowl. Beat in sugar, water, flour, almond extract, and salt until blended. Stir in coconut and melted butter. Pour into pie shell. bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool slightly, till it is firm but still warm. Makes onea 9-inch pie
